Scattered snow showers will continue over the high terrain of west New Mexico through the predawn hours. From 1 am to 4 am MST spotty new snowfall accumulations of 1 to locally 2 inches will be possible in the heavier snow showers at elevations above 7000 feet. The lowest valley locations in Catron and Socorro counties may still see a mixture of rain and snow with less than an inch expected. Areas most likely to be impacted will be near and south of Interstate 40 from Grants to Gallup and southward to Acoma Pueblo...Pietown and Datil. Secondary roadways and bridges may become slippery or snow packed in spots.

Thursday Night...Mostly clear. Lows 15 to 25. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the west 10 to 15 mph after midnight.
