* Snow accumulation... 3 to 5 inches by tonight with locally higher
amounts along the foothills.

* Winds... locally gusty winds near showers are possible through
tonight.

* Visibility... locally heavy showers this evening and tonight will
lower visibility to less than a mile.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow and/or
